KFA ARMATURA FOUNDRY 

 

The KFA Armatura Foundry in Nisko is a modern, dynamically develo production plant specializing in the manufacturing of high‑pressure aluminum castings with a weight of up to 7-8 kg. The foundry is an important part of the company’s structure, a leader in the design and production of sanitary and heating fittings, active on the Polish market continuously since 1922.

Located in Nisko, Podkarpacie, the plant is distinguished by the implementation of innovative technological processes and rigorous quality control carried out at every stage of production: from design, through casting, to mechanical and surface finishing of products. Thanks to its own design and research department, the foundry effectively responds to the requirements of the modern market and the needs of customers from various industrial sectors: automotive, electrotechnical, and general machinery industry.

Production processes are audited in accordance with ISO 9001, while customers can rely on technical support and fast service.

The foundry carries out dedicated projects for customers requiring specialized cooperation and individual technical parameters, both in serial production and prototy.

1. It specializes in the production of high‑pressure aluminum castings weighing up to 7-8 kg, such as radiators, engine housings, gearboxes, spindle brackets, and other precision technical components.
2. Advanced processes are applied to the machining of cast elements: vibratory finishing, milling, boring, CNC drilling, threading, grinding, powder coating with chemical surface preparation anaphoresis, fluorozirconation.
3. The main alloy used is ENAB 46100, however, depending on batch size, other aluminum alloys may be applied.
