Our company is engaged in the mechanical servicing of: Cement Plants, Plasterboard Factories, Aggregate Mines, Wood Plants, Lime Factories and others. Within the framework of performed servicing, we carry out renovations, modernisations as well as ongoing inspections, and we also provide spare parts. Spare parts and modernisations are implemented in accordance with our own designs or documentation provided by the Client. More and more often, the Clients entrust us with their whole Maintenance Departments and associated mechanical workshops. Also, in the course of recent years, we have concluded contracts with the Cement Plants in the scope of cooperation in solving problems associated with the spare parts management, aimed at optimisation of costs associated with this task, as well as extensive application of reverse engineering. In order to properly implement this task, we have established a consignment warehouse with spare parts intended for the needs of maintenance departments and main renovations.  

In the scope of manufacture of structures, parts and devices, as well as assembly of manufactured structures and devices, FMK also cooperates with companies from Austria, Germany, France, Belgium and the Czech Republic.

The company`s managerial and engineering staff, management board and employees are characterised by extensive knowledge and many years of experience in the field of provided services.

FMK Sp. z o.o. holds a Welding Certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland, which is compliant with the EN 1090-1 standard, and authorises us to weld structural elements made of steel in accordance with EN 1090-2. Moreover, a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard is currently implemented in our company.

Our stock of machine tools includes a CNC machine for forming screw blades using the cold method. Due to the use of this innovative method for forming screw blades, it is possible to shape details in the range of sheet metal thicknesses from 2 to 32 mm, while at the same time precisely maintaining manufacturing tolerances. In addition to typical carbon steels, the high-alloy steels can also be formed, among others: stainless steels, wear-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels.

Moreover, this machine allows us to:

• Form left and right screw blades in an extensive range of diameters and thicknesses of screw blades: up to 32 mm for structural steels and up to 18 mm for stainless steels, heat-resistant steels and wear-resistant steels. The screw blades are formed on the CNC machine using the cold method,
• Manufacture screw blades for special purposes, e.g. with an incomplete form from the internal or external side,
• Shape screw blades with a web width up to 600 mm,
• Manufacture screw blades with variable diameters and pitches,
• Provide a range of shaft diameters from 30 mm,
• Manufacture screw blades with a pitch from 50 to 800 mm,
• Manufacture screws with a maximum external diameter amounting to 2100 mm,
• Form screw blades intended for a round or square shaft,
• Manufacture worm shafts with journals up to 10 000 mm.
