SPAW-MET Agricultural Machinery Sp. z o.o. – a manufacturer of agricultural machinery and a specialist metalworking company.

SPAW-MET Maszyny Rolnicze Sp. z o.o. is a family-run Polish manufacturing company based in Kunowo, in the municipality of Łobżenica, 
in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship. The company was founded in 2007 by brothers Arkadiusz and Radosław Ignasiak.

The company specialises in the design, engineering and direct manufacture of machinery and equipment for heavy-duty agricultural, forestry and municipal work. Many years of experience, its own production facilities and a qualified workforce have enabled SPAW-MET to establish itself as a recognised manufacturer of agricultural machinery, whose products are supplied to both customers and distributors in Poland, as well as 
as well as to overseas markets.

The company’s product range includes, amongst others:

• SOLID front loaders – designed for tractors of various power ratings, available in many variants,
• front lifts and three-point linkage systems,
• buckets and specialist buckets, including HD, XL, volumetric, perforated and 4-in-1 models,
• bucket-all-purpose grabs and all-purpose grabs,
• grabs for bales, straw, timber, scrap metal and waste paper,
• forks for pallets, straw and manure,
• adapters and mounting systems for various types of machinery,
• load boxes, work baskets and transport solutions,
• soil cultivation equipment, including tillage and sowing combinations and stubble cultivators,
• disc harrows, weed harrows, subsoilers and cultivator rollers,
• pre-sowing rollers, packer rollers, tubular rollers, string rollers, ring rollers and rubber rollers,
• meadow rakes and equipment for silage work,
• ploughs, bulldozers and plough-graders, also designed for road works and land maintenance.

One of SPAW-MET’s key strengths is its flexible approach to customer needs. Thanks to its in-house design department and production carried out under one roof, the company is able to manage the entire process from developing solutions and technical documentation, through adapting the design, mountings and equipment of the machines to suit various types of tractors, loaders and other machinery, to the manufacture of individual components and final assembly.

SPAW-MET is also expanding its activities in the field of manufacturing services and industrial metalworking, utilising a modern machine park.

The company carries out, amongst other things:

Laser cutting of sheet metal
Precision cutting of steel, aluminium and acid-resistant sheet metal using a TRUMPF laser. The machine’s working area is 2,500 × 6,000 mm, and the laser power is 10 kW.

3D laser cutting of tubes and profiles
Three-dimensional machining of tubes and profiles using a Mazak 3D laser. This technology allows for the machining of components with a diameter of up to 406 mm and a length of up to 15 m, including the ability to cut at angles and produce threads.

CNC sheet metal bending
The company provides sheet metal bending services using a TRUMPF TruBend press brake with a pressing force of 100 tonnes and a bending length of up to 3,060 mm, and an ERMAKSAN press brake with a pressing force of 320 tonnes and a bending length of 4,100 mm.

CNC machining
SPAW-MET carries out turning, milling, drilling and threading, producing both individual components and more complex parts, as well as production runs.
Robotic welding
A state-of-the-art FANUC robotic welding station enables the production of repeatable, high-quality welds, as well as series production and large structures. 

The company has also received numerous accolades for its business activities, development and innovation. Among the honours are, amongst others, the GRAND PRIX in the 2023 Wielkopolska and Lubusz Region Economic and Local Government HIT competition, the HIT 2023 title, the 2023 Golden Boar award, and the 2nd-class HIT 2024 award. The company has also received previous honours, including the title of ‘Leader of Success 2018’ and the ‘Golden Coats of Arms’.

Since 2025, SPAW-MET has been a member of the Polish Union of Steel Distributors and Processors, and the company is also developing a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
