Our company is engaged in the production and service business activity. Moreover, we have mining roots and from the very beginning, our main recipients consisted of hard coal, copper and salt mines, as well as companies providing mining facilities. Nowadays, our production and services are aimed at widely understood industry. We are not afraid to face new challenges and we put emphasis on the constant development of our company, which is evidenced by another newly constructed production plant, along with an administration building, which was commissioned in 2020.

ZOK-TECH is equipped with a modern stock of machine tools, among others: CNC machine tools, friction welders, plasma cutters.

The above-mentioned machines allow us to implement even the most complex orders.

CNC lathes enable the machining in three axes, as well as turning up to a diameter of 800 mm, while the CNC machining centres allow for the machining in five axes.

We use the friction method to weld rods and tubular elements with a maximum length of 6 m and a diameter of 32-80 mm.

Our company burns elements characterised by any shape from the sheet metals with a thickness of 2-30 mm - plasma cutting, while the gas cutting is implemented from 30 mm. The maximum dimensions of a sheet metal: 2x6 m.

Moreover, we manufacture various types of fittings and tubular structures in the scope of diameters up to 800 mm.

The band saws allow for the cutting of steel elements, C-sections, T-sections, I-sections, angles, profiles, pipes, etc. with a maximum length of 15 m.

Our modern welding shop and highly qualified staff of welders guarantee precise implementation of tubular elements, as well as steel structures, based on the PN-EN 3834-2 standard.

In addition, we implement the required corrosion protection with the use of our modern shot blasting chamber and painting chamber.
