ORSTAL has been operating on the market since 1979. The founder, the late Jacek Orlikowski, specialized in the production of central heating boilers for residential homes as well as industrial boilers. All produced boilers received certifications confirming high efficiency and low emissions of pollutants into the natural environment. The company later expanded its production range to include machine parts, mainly for ArcelorMittal Poland and the then-operating Częstochowa Steelworks.
Currently, the company operates under the name ORSTAL Maria Olikowska.
From the beginning, we have provided comprehensive services related to the production of metal components. Today, we are a recognized regional manufacturer of steel structures, dished ends for pressure vessels, and machine parts. We also offer pressing services and many other custom-made solutions.
We specialize in sheet metal cutting and CNC machining, using both modern and traditional production methods. Combining these two approaches allows us to deliver high-quality services.
We hold the following certifications: UDT CERT ISO 9001 and TÜV SÜD Polska ISO 1090-2 in classes EXC1, EXC2, and EXC3, as well as PN-EN-ISO 3834-2.
We produce steel dished ends from black sheet metal using cold pressing and spinning methods, from both our own and customer-supplied materials, according to:

Diameter range: from 1200 mm to 2800 mm Thickness range: from 5 mm to 8 mm Thicknesses above 8 mm require heat treatment performed by external companies.
We also hold the following certifications: UDT CERT ISO 9001, Quality Certificate for material manufacturers under Directive 2014/68/EU, TÜV SÜD 1090, and TÜV SÜD 3834.
An additional product line includes various types of garden fire pits in the shape of a bowl, with vertical or horizontal flanges, and optional elements such as legs and handles.
We also manufacture dished ends for vacuum tanker trucks.
