Powder coating which involves polymer paint technology is the best guarantee of protection against corrosion, weather conditions
or chemicals. It is one of the most effective and one of the most modern metal coating methods at the same time. With the monitoring of the chemical process parameters and physical and mechanical tests the final coats meet the standards in force.

Durability and quality of coats are inspected during regular tests in the salt spray chamber.

Powder coating is a process where dry, fine‐ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed
onto electrically grounded objects.
Charged and sprayed powder adheres to the surface of the objects and is melted, as a result of high temperature, in an oven to form a uniform coating. Powders contain no diluents which makes them safe to the environment. Powders protect metallic surfaces from scratching, corrosion, abrasion, chemicals and detergents. They improve the efficiency of the coating process to facilitate the satisfaction of the environmental standards. Powders can be used in a number of industries.
