We operate a modern three-axis CNC spindle router with a large working area, enabling the processing of oversized facade panels:
- Aluminium Composite Panels Alucobond, Etalbond, Reynobond: Full prefabrication including precision cutting, V‑groove milling for bending, forming, and assembling finished facade cassettes.
- HPL & Rockpanel: Panel formatting, cutting complex shapes, and decorative engraving.
- Fibre-Cement Boards e.g., Equitone, Cembrit: Chip‑free cutting and precise drilling of mounting holes.
- Other materials: Machining of plastics, plexiglass, aluminium, and wood‑based materials.
