I AM LOOKING TO COMMISSION THE PRODUCTION OF STEEL ELEMENTS WITH M10 SLEEVES AND THREADED RODS.

We are asking for a price offer for the manufacture of steel elements in accordance with the technical documentation. Drawing: link to the file . 1. Steel elements – 336 pcs. Steel plates 70 × 70 × 8 mm with welded M10 threaded sleeves at specific angles. Socket 1 – 48 pcs. (left-hand thread) Socket 2 – 48 pcs. (right-hand thread) Socket 3 – 48 pcs. (left-hand thread) Socket 4 – 48 pcs. (right-hand thread) Socket 5 – 72 pcs. (left-hand thread) Socket 6 – 72 pcs. (right-hand thread) Technical requirements: Material: S355 steel. Hot-dip galvanizing. EN 1090-1 (CE), EN 1090-2 EXC2. Weld quality level C, minimum fillet weld 6 mm. Material certificates and welding documentation WPS/WPQR and weld maps. 2. Threaded rods Ø10 mm – 168 pcs, 311 mm – 48 pcs, 585.8 mm – 48 pcs, 862.2 mm – 72 pcs. Each rod with M10 left-hand and right-hand thread on opposite ends (40 mm on each side), protected by hot-dip galvanizing. Please provide: The net price for the manufacture of 336 steel elements. The separate net price for 168 threaded rods. The total net price for the complete order. Estimated completion date. Ability to provide the required documentation and certificates.
