This inquiry concerns raw castings intended for machining and, at a later stage, for zinc coating. The material of each component should correspond to the grade of gray iron indicated on the corresponding technical drawing. Our primary goal is to obtain repeatable, high-quality castings, free from unacceptable cavities, voids, losses, and other material defects, with the correct allowances and properties to ensure proper further machining and suitability of the components for subsequent galvanizing.
