I&39 m looking for a contractor to produce a small series of a wooden tower/Jenga game with custom inscriptions on the blocks. Estimated production run: 50 complete sets. Specifications: – 54 wooden blocks per set, – 2,700 blocks in total, – 54 different short questions/commands – each set contains the same set of 54 messages, – print or engraving on each block, – the text must be durable and clearly legible, – blocks made of solid wood, preferably beech, – smooth, carefully sanded surface, with aesthetically finished edges. I&39 m open to both laser engraving and durable printing, such as UV – I&39 m looking for a solution that ensures aesthetic appeal and good text legibility. The game will be a product intended for sale, so high and consistent quality of workmanship across all sets is important to me. I&39 m interested in producing the entire product, but I&39 d also consider working with a company that can produce the blocks themselves, along with the print/engraving. An additional advantage would be the ability to create a personalized box/packaging with your own graphics. Please let me know: – whether such an order is possible, – what the approximate price would be for 50 sets, – what marking technology would be recommended, – what the estimated completion date is, – whether it&39 s possible to order a prototype/sample unit before the entire series is produced. If the quality is satisfactory, I&39 m interested in ordering subsequent, larger batches.
