WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR TO CUT BENT PLYWOOD ON CNC
We&39 re looking for a contractor to cut bent plywood using a CNC machine (5 axes). I&39 ve attached a drawing with dimensions and a brief description: link to the file . 9mm plywood made of beech veneer. Estimated quantity: 150 sets per month (sets = R and L sides of the seat). Please provide: a cost estimate for production implementation (mounting, CNC program, etc.), a unit cost estimate for processing (after implementation, when ordering production), a possible production implementation date, and a specification of production capacity (how many sets you can produce per month) and delivery time for batches of 50, 100, or 200 sets.
