I AM LOOKING TO HAVE S235 STEEL PIPES PROCESSED, INCLUDING BENDING.

I am looking to process S235 steel pipes, including bending. According to the following specifications: Total volume: approx. 60-70 tons. The project is in the preparation stage - pricing is based on illustrative graphics and preliminary data. Drawing: link to the file . Please provide a price for the following processing: a) bending the pipe to 90 degrees, according to the general guidelines below *please provide a price for one bend* b) making fishmouth cuts on a press *please provide a price for one cut* companies with a suitable press/punching machine for such cuts are welcome, as laser cutting or using a belt grinder, for example, can be significantly more expensive c) making holes in the ends of the pipes - flash for galvanizing *please provide a price for one through hole*. Now, the material issue: it&39 s not yet clear whether we&39 d like to use our own material or a supplier&39 s. If suppliers are also interested in providing the material, please provide a price for the two types of pipes listed below. *Material: S235.* For now, let&39 s assume 35 tons of each of the two cross-sections. Please provide the price you prefer: per ton, kilogram, or linear meter. Brief bending specifications: *1. Pipe 48.3x4.0 - R bend = 200 max* *2. Pipe 60.3x5.0 - R bend = 200 max* The R bend for both must be the same. We&39 ll need two types of bends. *1. Straight 90 degrees - one bend* *2. Straight 90 degrees - two bends*
