P.P.H.U. WARSZMET
Production, Trade and Service Company - "WARSZMET" - was established in 1998. It offers services in metal engineering. Woodworking tools as well as the main personnel and technological experiences we inherited from the non-existent "Furnel" company. At present, "Warszmet" employs 40 skilled workers. Since February 2002, the company has been functioning as a Plant of Protective Work - over 50% of the staff is handicapped. In 2000, trying to enlarge our range of products, we started to manufacture high-speed steel tools with soldered blades and we introduced an inductive soldering technology using ultra modern transistor oscillator of middle frequency (produced in England).
We offer the following tools: carbide-tipped and high-speed steel cutting tools with soldered blades for woodworking, interlocking and shank cutters with cylinder and cone holders (simple and graded), multi-cut heads, end milling cutters and drills, tool and extra-fine steel cutters for woodworking, other tools necessary in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.
We offer the following services: sharpening of: circular saws, cutters with carbide-tipped and steel blades, wood band-saws (butt welding), planer knifes, replaceable head cutters, cutters with screw-like blades and other tools; repairs and major repairs od woodwork machines and equipment, production od different atypical elements and spare parts as well as complete specialistic devices.
Now, the company introduces a new product on the market - metal furrules essential for foundation forming and reinforced concrete constructions.
The company plans to receive ISO Quality Certificate very soon.
