Tradition with taste. Meat Processing Company Waldi was established in
Grodzisk
Wielkopolski in January 1992 as the family enterprise, being the
continuation of the predecessor
of the family - Stanisław Joksia. Initially, the small meat processing
company
produced goods sold to the individual clients, who made purchases in a brand
shop. Then, per week
about two tons of goods were produced. A growing demand for the goods of the
Waldi company accelerated the decision on purchasing an abattoir in 1998
located in the nearby Ptaszków, which allowed for
a direct access to the raw minerals and a possibility to control the
purchased
livestock.
The company in Ptaszków deals with butchering and deboning of pork meat.
It has a modern butchering line with an ability to butch 70 items of swine
per hour.
Since 1st of January, 2005 the company obtained the export rights to the
countries of the European Community. In the company the trade deboning of
pork meat is
conducted of 15 tons per one shift. The assortment of products of the
company
is wide and covers over 100 items: from smoked meat, sausages, offal to
block products and lard.
The assortment offered is being extended all the time, as the production
line can be fast adjusted
to the production of new goods. Presently Waldi is the constantly developing
company in each aspect which employs
over ninety persons in two companies. Meeting the needs of the client and
maintaining
a high quality of the sausages produced by us as well as the willingness to
increase
the awareness of employees and improvement the work organization made the
company take the decision
on implementing the HACCP systm aiming at assuring health security of the
goods. We guarantee
