The Ulmer company - a producer of frozen fruit, was founded by Danuta and Paweł Ulmer in 1994. In the following years of operation, in addition to freezing fruit we expanded the production offer to packaging services for frozen fruit and vegetable mixes.

The continuous expansion of the production plant and the implementation of modern processing and packaging methods allow us to fulfill orders from customers from different regions of the world.

Currently we employ 140 qualified workers and the annual turnover of the company is 16 million €.

Our packaging capacity is 14 thousand tons per year with possibilities of using various packaging with appropriate grammages.

We produce high-quality fruit, which we achieve thanks to the very good quality of raw materials. Annually we process over 5,000 tons of fresh fruit from 400 suppliers, on the basis of the long-term cooperation.

We specialise in processing of high-quality raspberries.

The factor that distinguishes our products from others is the high care for the purity of products and their compliance with the standards and specifications of customers.

We are permanently accompanied by continuous improvement, which is evidenced by the implemented and certified production standards, i.e. BRC + FSMA, GlobalGAP, Halal, organic production and we are member of the SEDEX platform.

In our daily work, we use specialised sorting devices optical and laser sorters, foreign body detectors metal and X-Ray detectors, multi-head weighers Yamato, packaging machines GEA and Velteko, as well as palletising robots Doosan and Kuka . These machines allows us to avoid mistakes, work quickly, cheaply and precisely.
