The beginnings of PROSPONA date back to 1988, when Wacław Naumczyk, a
technologist, in the town of Janczowa near Nowy Sącz, launched the
production of fruit and vegetable preserves. A breakthrough for a
dynamically developing company was a purchase of production facilities
in Nowy Sącz, where the seat of the company is currently located. Within
the space of a few years, from a family business of several people,
PROSPONA has transformed to a modern factory employing over 250 people,
offering over 150 products in 14 assortment groups. A many-year
experience and market knowledge allowed us to become a leader among
Polish companies, specializing in the production of fruit additions for
the food industry. The presence of PROSPONA products on the world
