The company’s history goes back to 1965 when PKS - a subsidiary of former state-owned enterprise – was established in Gdansk, in the same location as PKS Gdansk-Oliwa SA is now. In result of process of restructurization and privatisation, which started in 1990, the new independent company of the name of PKS Gdansk-Oliwa SA was established in place of former enterprise in 1995. Since then it has successfully operated in field of international and domestic transport and forwarding, offering a wide range of service. PKS Gdansk-Oliwa SA as a joint-stock company is registered at the Enterprises Register at the Municipal Court of Gdansk, Poland (KRS No. 66693). The equity capital amounts PLN 504,000. Thus PKS Gdansk-Oliwa SA continues a 40-year experience in providing road transport service.
