The company is managed by Dr. inż. Jacek Krzyzanowski (President), inż. Miroslaw Jablonski (Vice President) and MA Krzysztof Wojtas (Vice President). Krzyzanowski and Jablonski have been manufacturing filtration materials since 1977. Both of them started their careers in the Institute of Textile Industry in Lodz, where they conducted research on the problems related to the application of electrostatic attraction forces in the process of aerosol filtration.
