The enterprise was launched in 1999 in Wierzchowisko near Wolbrom. Due to the dynamic development and willingness to gain more clients from the European Union the facility underwent a comprehensive modernization in 2010. The building of slaughterhouse and meat portioning was enlarged and equipped in half pneumatic device for animal slaughter. Thanks to these activities the plant fulfilled all the EU norms and obtained permission for trading with the EU countries. In 2016, thanks to the actions of the young generation (Sapiechowscy Brothers), modernization of the plant was carried out-the entire bovine and porcine slaughter line was automated. The lairage was extended as well as cold store for half-carcasses. The company activities are undertaken under strict supervision of veterinarian and in cooperation with HACCP system which guarantees health safety of the meat. We offer pork half-carcasses from porkers and pork half-carcasses from sows.
