We’re a dynamically develo Polish company, which offers injection moulds, as well as plastic injection services. Due to specialised staff and our original approach to the production of injection moulds, we are able to provide exceptionally durable products at an affordable price.

Our objective is to deliver plastic elements as fast as possible, and to provide you with properly manufactured injection mould characterised by high quality and equipped with appropriate packaging, etc.

Plastic injection constitutes one of the most often used techniques for the manufacture of both simple and more complex elements made of thermosoftening plastics. Its applications include the production of packagings designed for among others: transportation, cosmetics, household chemicals and even the pharmaceutical industry. This technique consists of pum the material into a specially developed mould. As a result, we obtain a solidified element, which is subsequently pulled out of the mould. The above-mentioned process is carried out with the use of a machine called an injection moulding machine. 

Our company uses machines of the highest quality, as well as modern technologies in order to perform plastic injection processes. As a result, we are able to obtain the most sophisticated elements.

Furthermore, our offer includes a wide variety of production materials, including polypropylene PP, polyethylene PE, ABS, polycarbonate PC, polyamide PA, elastomers and many others. The manufactured elements are distinguished by high durability and very good surface quality. In addition, we have many finishing options in our standard offer - high gloss and various types of matt finishings.

Moreover, our company manufactures elements that do not require any additional processing - they are ready for use.

The following is necessary for us to prepare a valuation:

The .stp file of the needed moulded piece – if there is no .stp file, other file formats may also be provided for initial valuation;

Planned annual demand – at least the specification of approximate quantity, whether it is 1 000, 10 000, 100 000 or 1 million per year.
