The whole story began just after World War I, when on the grounds of burnt textile factory, its owner`s son, Artur Hasbach, started production of plywood in 1919. Location of the factory was caused by near wood resources in forests as well as by increasing demand for plywood on world markets.The investment caused change of skills of workers who used to work in textile factory.
