The company has been operating in the wood industry since 1992, specializing in the industrial processing of hardwood and softwood. The plant produces wet and dried lumber, as well as high-quality semi-finished wood products and components for flooring manufacturers, the furniture industry, and other woodworking customers.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COMPANY

The company is an extensive production complex intended for industrial wood processing and preparation of material for further use in the production of floors and furniture.

The plant is equipped with, among others:

• 4 band saws,
• 1 high-performance wide-belt sawmill,
• extensive infrastructure for processing, sorting and storing sawn timber,
• computer-controlled drying chambers,
• machinery for the production of wooden elements and semi-finished products for the furniture industry,
• equipment enabling the preparation of solid wood elements, including components intended for the production of glued boards,
• yards and areas enabling the storage of significant quantities of raw materials, lumber and finished elements.

The company is equipped to carry out full or partial technological processes, including sawing, sorting, drying, processing and preparing elements for further use by flooring and furniture manufacturers.

AREA AND EXPANSION POTENTIAL

The plant`s premises cover approximately 40,500 m² and are currently used for production, warehousing, and raw material storage. The company`s premises include approximately 5,500 m² of production halls and shelters.

In addition, approximately 60 hectares of land remain available for use, which creates ample opportunities for further expansion of the plant, construction of additional halls, drying rooms, warehouses, storage yards and development of new production lines and processes related to wood processing.

EXPERIENCE AND WOOD SPECIES

Over 30 years of operation, the company has developed expertise in the processing, drying, treatment, and trade of wood and wood products. The plant is operational and conducts ongoing production, and its strength lies in its specialized staff with practical experience in operating technological processes and machinery used in the woodworking industry.

The basic types of wood processed include:

oak, beech, birch, alder, ash and larch.

The plant has the capacity to produce on an industrial scale and handle large batches of raw material, lumber and components prepared for further production use.
