I WOULD LIKE TO ORDER CUTTING OF AN ELEMENT FROM BENT PLYWOOD

I&39 m looking to have a bent plywood element cut using a 5-axis CNC machine. The plywood is 9mm thick and made of beech veneer. Drawing: link to the file . Estimated quantity: 150 sets per month (set = R and L sides of the seat). I&39 d appreciate: a quote for the production implementation costs (mounting, CNC program, etc.), a quote for the unit processing cost (after implementation, when ordering production), a possible production implementation date, and a specification of production capacity (how many sets can you produce per month) and delivery time for batches of 50, 100, or 200 sets.
