I&39 m looking to commission the production of sheet metal signs. I&39 m looking to commission the production of sheet metal signs with a surface finish (black print with white checkerboard, black print) in the following dimensions: 165x165 mm – black print with white checkerboard, 310x165 mm – black print. Sheet thickness: 0.3 mm, bend approx. 5 mm. Mintage: 3000 / 5000 / 6000 pieces. Illustrative photos: link to the file . For safety reasons, the sign must have rounded edges, as it is part of a wooden toy. We require a certificate stating that the paints used on the sheet metal comply with the EN71 Part 3 and Part 9 standards and the 1907/2006 REACH regulation. We are a Czech company.
