Looking for: Special metal containers in a quantity of 6,000 pieces. General specifications: 1. Main materials used for the production of containers: Low-carbon refrigeration steel grades 08KP, 08PS, 08YU, 08FKP III with a surface treatment with very deep drawing. Manufacturing without deep drawing is possible by welding the bottom with subsequent sealing. 2. The material thickness is 0.5-0.7 mm. 3. Before closing the container, the surfaces of the lid adjacent to the end of the body must be evenly coated with paint. The use of branded GF-1426 enamel is permitted. 4. After rolling, the lid must fit tightly to the container body cracks and theft are prohibited. Small folds in the corners of the container are acceptable. 5. The container must be painted with GF-1426 enamel in a protective color. After painting, different colors are allowed. 6. Clogging, swelling, cracking, splitting, and peeling are prohibited on painted parts. 7. During the test, the vessel must be tightly closed at a pressure of 0.2 ATM. 8.
