I WILL COMMISSION THE PRODUCTION OF A STAMPING DIE WITH A CUTTING DIE

I will commission the production of a stamping die with a cutting die. 1. Material: a) Deep-drawing aluminum sheet (aluminum alloy) g=1.5mm b) Deep-drawing steel sheet class DC01 g=1mm 2. Critical dimensions: a) marked on the drawing b) position of holes relative to each other c) NOTE, holes can be drilled in another device 3. Rounded/chamfered edges (any method) with a radius of approx. 0.2mm, no sharp edges (purple). 4. Drawing: link to the file . The drawing does not take into account the thinning in the flow areas in detail. 5. After assembly, the detail will be viewed from the outside (green color), the inside does not have to be nice. 6. After production, the detail will be powder coated. 7. External radii (green) please reduce if possible. 8. Quantity: 1000 pieces of moldings in the first order. 9. Minimum tool life 8,000 pieces.
