I am looking to commission the production of a PU element and a steel socket. Please provide a quote for the production of these elements in accordance with the guidelines and drawings below: link to the file . Made of PU 85 ShA + steel " socket" (50 sets). The scope of the order includes TWO PARTS: PU 85 ShA polyurethane element, quantity: 50 pcs. Dimensions approx. 200 × 100 × 40 mm, shape adapted to the GRP pipe in terms of radius, all edges R5, sockets for M8 screws, pockets for DIN 9021 washers, PU without embedded steel (screw fastening), steel washer / support plate (" socket" ), material: S355, sheet thickness: approx. 12 mm, milled internal socket (pan) for PU, socket with a 3-5° wall inclination, radii in the corners (no sharp edges), double-sided planning, holes for M8 screws. Important: workshop tolerances OK. The most important is the outer radius of the PU surface. Repeatability and evenness of the surface are important. Deadline: Very URGENT.
