I WILL COMMISSION THE PRODUCTION OF 200 METAL CHAIRS

I am commissioning the production of 200 metal chairs. The four-legged chair frame must be made of bent and welded steel tubes with a minimum thickness of 2 mm and a leg diameter of at least 25 mm. The frame must be powder-coated. Frame color: metallic gray RAL 9006. Felt floor protectors are provided at the leg ends. The chair frame must be equipped with underseat protectors to protect the seat from scratching when the chairs are stacked. The one-piece chair seat is made of ergonomically curved 13-layer beech plywood, painted with anti-slip paint. All corners are rounded. Seat color: natural beech. The chairs can be stacked at least 10 high. Connectors are located on each side of the chair for securing chairs in rows. Seat width: 450 mm, depth: 450 mm, height: 445 mm (+/- 10 mm). Handle hole (ø = 65-80 mm) in the upper part of the backrest. The chair has been safety tested in accordance with the EN 16139 standard by an accredited testing body and has a certificate of compliance with this standard. The certificate of compliance must be included with the offer. The manufacturer must have certificates of compliance with the EN ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 14001:2015 standards or equivalent.
