I WILL COMMISSION GALVANIZING OF STEEL DETAILS

Looking for: I am seeking a galvanizing contractor for steel parts used as carriers for rubber-metal seals. A coating according to ISO 2081 Fe/Zn/12/A/T1 is required. Attached is a sketch of a sample detail with the largest diameter. Drawing: link to the file . Eleven types of carriers are produced, varying in dimensions and sheet thickness. Demand is cyclical. One-time batches are approximately 10,000 pieces. Please provide: • information about the possibility of producing a trial batch, • an indicative price quote, • a specified lead time.
