Quality: Acceptable bright sound knot, rooted up to 5mm without cracks, single rooted black pin knot up to 3mm without cracks. Mineral streaks up to max. 3x50mm, gloss up to 4mm wide on one side. Unacceptable knots over 5mm, black knots falling out and over 3mm, falling out knots, knot holes, discoloration, sapwood, core, cracks, insect galleries, hard and soft rot.
