Current demand: Product: European oak oak veneers Thickness: 2.2 mm and 3.2 mm, tolerance -0 +0.2mm Net width: 160 mm, tolerance -0 +5mm Net length: 1830 mm, tolerance -0 +20mm Grade A: Clean, no defects allowed, no knots, even grain pattern. Share of about 45% of the delivery. B: Healthy, intergrown knots - OK, black knots up to 5 mm in diameter, white max. 25% of the width of the lamellae. Share of about 45% of the delivery. C: Black knots up to 35 mm in diameter, white max. 25% of the lamella width. Share of about 5% of the delivery. Rustic: All natural defects acceptable, Not acceptable: muck. Unacceptable defects resulting from improper processing or processing of wood: burns, cracks, dents. Share of about 5% of the delivery. Defects rated on the better side. M C: 8% - 10% Number of orders: 20 ft container ~18m3 Amount of test load: to be determined Program: Will be continued regularly if the test load is positively accepted. Packing: material very well secured for sea travel, disposable pallets, corners, foil, protective foil on pallets, phytosanitary clean, labels. The quality of the product and its preparation for shipment must be at a high level.
