ROBAN sp.z o.o was established in 2005 and is registered in National Court Register with number 000251403 as a limited liability company with initial capital of 52.000 pln. We are specialized in a wholesale of second hand clothes from Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Ireland, England and Scotland and in processing of those clothes into derivative materials, such as cotton clearing cloth. Export of wide range of assortment to Slovakia, Iraq, Scotland and Hungary is an important part of company\'s activity.
Diligence and commitment of our 150 workers result in high quality of services and assortment that guarantee the fulfilment of our mission and essential aim that is a full satisfaction of our clients. We are observing an increasing textile market dynamics and investing into new solutions and technologies.
Production process proceeds as follows: second hand clothes are sorted according to certain quantitative and qualitative criteria into so called 1st Sort: women\'s, men\'s, children\'s, elegant clothes and \"Cream\". The remaining part of sorted clothes is being recycled into cotton cleaning cloths of various types, thickness and appliance. Since 2005 we have been one of the very few companies that produce an innovative assortment called MIX TROPIC, which we sell to Africa.
Making an effort to meet the demands of our clients and the increasing dynamics of textiles market, we have created a production line, which enables us to produce a wide range of cotton cleaning cloths of various types, colours, thickness and appliance. Our high absorption cleaning cloths are mixes of various types: tricot, terry and flannel among the others. The production begins with sorting of cloths, removing of zippers, buttons, press studs and other useless elements of clothes. At the end of production process the cleaning cloth is cut into pieces and packed into practically pressed and laminated cubes weighing 10kg. |
