Our company has a new generation cutter that is fully compatible with the computerised system. The use of this cutter in the manufacturing process is to be regarded as a new quality of the cutting process. With a modern, automatic production line with cutting and spreading machines, we are able to meet the high quality requirements of our customers. The multi-layer cutter enables cutting of one layer up to 50 mm of the height of the compressed fabrics, while maintaining high process efficiency and high precision (for example, the positioning accuracy of the head is 0.05 mm and the guidance accuracy of the knife is 0.01 mm). The fabrics which are difficult to machine such as kevlar, technical fabrics, coated materials or materials which are not resistant to tearing can be easily cut with the innovative construction of the head. The digital control increases the system reliability, precision and efficiency of the cutting process itself and all the preparation steps. Therefor, we are able to cut demanding elements with great precision. Contrary to the standard cutting, with our cutter we can curry out internal points (cuts, drill/boreholes).
