Agricultural and Food Processing Plant Ubojnia Drobiu S.J. seated in Uniszki Cegielnia, 200 m from the Warsaw - Gdańsk road, is a private business established by two partners - Marek Kujawski and Andrzej Merchel in 1993. From the beginning of its business activity, the Plant deals with slaughter and partition of gallinaceous poultry of the domestic fowl species. Slaughter livestock is transported to the plant using company’s own transportation means. The unloading process is carried out in conditions that ensure well-being of animals and fulfil rules of good manufacturing practices. In order to adapt the Plant to requirements of the European Union and ensure safety of products manufactured in the Plant, the HACCP system was commenced to be implemented in 2004. The main business activities of the Plant include slaughter and partition of poultry carcasses, that is meat chicken and soup chicken carcasses, and pieces of meat.
