The company was established in 1990. Initially it was based in Sułów. The formation of the company coincided with the economic and political transformation, which required and, at the same time, promoted the introduction of modern forms of work organization. Our responsiveness to the changing market needs became our company motto. Since 1995 the company has had its headquarters in Trzebnica where extensive renovation and conversion works as well as substantial investments resulted in the adaptation of the facilities to the current requirements. At the same time, it created the conditions for the introduction of HACCP quality assurance system. State of the art machinery and equipment, highly qualified staff, strict technological discipline, own specialist delivery vehicles, and organizational effectiveness of the company guarantee that the products are of superior and constant quality, and that the deliveries are always accurate. The responsiveness to the Consumers needs resulted in excellent results confirmed by a significant growth of sale every year. The top quality of the products is confirmed by distinctions and awards, e.g. for “Krakowska” roast turkey sausage (European Medal 2002) and “Smarowidło Babuni” [Gran’s spread] (consumers quality certificate “Dobre bo Polskie” [Good because Polish], 2003). In the competition “The Best Company in the Meat Industry” organized by Boss-Rolnictwo weekly, the company took first place for the results in 1999 and 2000. ZPM “Tarczyński” S.A. received the Gold Certificate and the honourable title of the “Fair Play Company” in 2000 and 2001. ”Puls Biznesu” weekly also honoured our company with the membership in the exclusive “Klub Gazel Biznesu” [Business Gazelle Club]. The company actively participates in social life by supporting the efforts of Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy [The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity] and Polski Komitet Pomocy Społecznej [Polish Committee for Social Welfare]. Today the plant manufactures several dozen tons of products a day, employs several hundred people and cooperates with more than 3,000 dealers, the number of whom is constantly growing, which is pleasing but also obliges us to improve the quality of the products and organizational effectiveness of the company.
