The “Owoc Sandomierski” Growers Group is a young company, founded in 2010 by 10 producers of apples from Sandomierz region of Poland, bringing together neighboring fruit growers. At the moment, we have 112 members and produce mostly apples and also other fresh fruits. 80% of the production is sold to EU and Africa.
The growers produce over 45,000 tons of apples a year, we also offer cherries and blackcurrant.
Throughout a year we offer a large batch of 1st class, dessert apples of various varieties and sizes. We produce mostly Jonagold and its sports (40% of all apple production), Idared (20%), Shampion (20%), and Golden Delicious (20%).
All apples are stored in controlled atmosphere cells (CA) and ULO cells. We have new sorting lines with water unloading and electronic system for tracking the external appearance of fruit, which guarantees the best quality homogeneity of apples. Apples are packed and labeled to the customers’ requirement. The most popular package is 13 kg carton box.
From 2013 we also produce natural cloudy apple juice NFC (not from concentrate). The juice is sold in 3 liter and 5 liter carton boxes (Bag-in-Box) and in glass bottles (330ml, 750ml).
Having own 22t refrigerated trucks we are able to deliver the fruits and juices safely to any place in Europe.
