MEGHIL is a company engaged the production of small-size metal products, which are manufactured with the use of machining technology.

Nowadays, the company is equipped with 45 automatic lathes and milling machines, including CNC machine tools, as well as the complete stock of machine tools designed for the implementation of supplementary operations.

In addition to the services that involve machining details with the use of automatic lathes and CNC machining centres, we also offer the following technical services: threading of internal threads, rolling of external threads of details in the diameter range M 4 - M 16, turning, drilling of details using semi-automatic lathes in the diameter range up to 50 mm and lengths of approx. 150 mm. Furthermore, our company is also at the stage of implementing a new production line, which will allow us to provide the services of bending as well as welding of the pipes and profiles.

Our machining services apply to the following types of materials: free machining steel, structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze, plastics.

In the case of implementation of new details provided for the automotive industry, we prepare the APQP documentation in accordance with the requirements applicable in this sector.
