Precise laser cutting of metal
We apply the new technology of edge-precision cutting of electrical steel which is used in high-performance machines, motors and electric generators. Due to the original, in-house developed configuration of the laser parameters, we can guarantee a perfect cutting line.
We use materials from reliable manufacturers. At your request we will order the required type of sheet metal or we will use the material provided by you.
Metal cutting is performed in materials such as:
black and stainless steel
aluminum
copper
5-axis milling
CNC machining with a 5-axis milling machine allows almost unlimited possibilities as regards the size and shape of elements that can be machined efficiently. We use a DMG MORI CMX 70 U milling machine to cut items weighing up to 350 kg in five axes, with the use of one clamp.
Sheet metal bending
We provide a sheet metal bending service with the use of a numerically controlled machine (CNC) that significantly improves the work and ensures both accuracy and repeatability of bending. Our services include bending of sheet metals and details of thickness up to 8mm and length up to 2000mm. This facilitates precise bending of various elements made of any materials: e.g. stainless steel, black sheet metal, aluminum, etc.
We use a technically advanced press brake which allows us to achieve:
• 100% repeatable shapes
• bending complicated shapes
• high speed of the production process
• low unit cost in case of a large production batch
• any number of identical elements
• optimal use of the raw material, which ensures a minimum amount of waste
Production of electrical machines
Our services include designing and manufacturing high-performance, permanent magnet motors and electric generators. We perform customized modernizations of electrical machines.
We manufacture excitation systems for generators and synchronous motors as well as switchgears for construction and industrial applications.
Specialized production
We are experts in the production of non-standard and individual machines and equipment for the following industries: electromechanical, mining, metallurgical, gas and others.
Measurement services
We conduct customized expertises and technical tests of electric motors, hydrogenerators and turbogenerators as well as perform specialized measurements of turbogenerators during tests. Then, we provide you with the results presented in the form of a complete report.
