INTERHAS is a family company established in September 2005 by its current owner, Krzysztof Hasiec. The company is based in Prudnik, 32 Prężyńska Street (Opole Province). At first we acted as a small woodworking shop manufacturing furniture frames of wood. Thanks to our unceasing work and continuous investments we could buy a Wierzbięcice SAWMILL in 2007. At present, our company is made up of a professionally equipped WOODWORKING SHOP, the SAWMILL and a TIMBER YARD. We owe our dynamic development to the good quality of the products and services we offer, as well as to our great flexibility in adjusting our offer to the customers` individual needs.
WOODWORKING SHOP
As of today, the INTERHAS WOODWORKING SHOP is one of the largest woodworking plants in the Prudnik District. It is equipped with machinery stock comprising such machines as a CNC machining centre, dimension saws, multisaws, band saws, bench drills and many more. We began our production with making wooden furniture structures. In 2008 the company’s owner decided to extend the range of his services to cover the production of:
· staircase (oak, beech, pine)
· wooden thresholds
· window sills
· balustrades
· wooden fences and boards.
We deliver wooden frames (finished structures or just components) to the largest domestic producers of upholstered furniture. The other products find their purchasers among the residents of the Opole Province.
SAWMILL
The INTERHAS SAWMILL is located in a small village called Wierzbięcice, 15 km away from Prudnik, on the way from Prudnik to Nysa. We acquire the raw material from the best tree stands of one of the largest Polish Forestry Commissions, that is PGL LP Nadleśnictwo Prudnik, the good quality of which is certified by the International Quality Certificate issued by the FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL.
We cut the wood on a modern frame band-sawing machine named LT-40 super-hydraulic, bought from a reputed American Company, Wood Mizer. With this machine we are able to guarantee good cutting quality to each of our customers. We have our own tool grinders, saw sets and band-saw welders, with which we can have continuous control of the preparation of the saws for wood cutting. We have also other sawmill, transport and woodworking machines, namely a Torwegge multisaw, a Manitou forklift truck, dimension saws and thicknessing machines. Thanks to the above mentioned machinery our SAWMILL can provide full handling of investments covering delivery of wood materials for the construction industry. The main recipients of our rafter framing, building timber and scantlings are, in the first place, domestic construction, development and carpentry companies as well as general building contractors and individual customers from across Poland.
TIMBER YARD
At present we are in the stage to open our first TIMBER YARD, named INTERHAS, in this area. It is situated in Prudnik, 32 Prężyńska Street. It will act as a seller of our goods in the area of the Prudnik town and the adjacent communes. On sale in the TIMBER YARD there will be products from the SAWMILL`s offer, such as:
· rafter framing
· sawn timber 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm,
· scantlings (various sections)
· laths 60x40
· counter-laths 50x25.
If you seek a product but cannot find it at our TIMBER YARD, we will deliver it to our Prudnik plant by the date set with your approval.
At the TIMBER YARD you can place an order for rafter framing components according to your specifications established in line with your specific needs.
