INTECH ENERGO Sp. Jawna general partnership is a dynamic and fast-growing company offering CNC sheet metal burnishing and detailed machining according to customer requirements.

The range of services on offer has been divided into three core sectors:

1. sheet metal storage, transport
2. plasma and gas cutting
3. mechanical machining,

We stock sheet metal in a variety of grades including:  

S235JR , S355J2, 400HB, 500HB, S690QL, S960QL, 41Cr4, 42CrMo4

Hot-rolled steel plates in accordance with EN 10029:2011

Depending on the thickness and quality of the parts, we use the following processes to burn them:

1. Plasma cutting in the range:
2.      a. For carbon steels, constructional steels, alloy steels, wear-resistant steels from 3 mm to 40 mm
        b. For stainless steels including acid-resistant and heat-resistant from 3 mm to 30 mm
        c. For aluminium  from 3 mm to 25 mm
3. Flame cutting in the range:
4.      a. For carbon steels, constructional steels, alloy steels, wear-resistant steels from 20mm to 200 mm

After cutting, the workpieces are always deburred, sharp edges blunted, labelled and packed on pallets for transport.

Routing, engraving can be done on request.

We carry out cutting of workpieces with allowance for further processing or finished parts with accuracy according to PN-EN ISO 9013:2017

According to customer requirements, we carry out the machining of finished parts.

We have machinery with the following parameters:

1. Milling            in the range X1600, Y360, Z570
2. Turning          in the range Ø900; L2000
3. Boring            in the range X1000, Y1000, Z500
4. Threading      in the range to M36
5. Drilling           in the range to Ø40
6. Bending         in the range Thickness 15mm L2000
