We have been applying zinc-nickel alloy coatings in alkaline technology (with involvement of nickel in the range of 12-16%) for three years now and we’ve done this exclusively in the drum automatic machine. Thanks to the modern technological solutions, we offer various colours of chromate coatings (transparent, thick-coating iridic, black). Depending on the requirements, we may individually subject all coatings to additional treatment in the form of sealing, etc. All applied coatings are free from Cr+6.
In April 2017, we launched a new innovative drum automatic machine for applying high-performance Zn-Ni alloy coating and due to free capacity, we’re interested in establishing extensive cooperation.
