COMMERCIAL OFFER Sawmill - Joinery TARTAK STOLARNIA RYSZARD STASIAK We offer wooden houses built from shaped beams 70 mm, 65 mm, 45 mm thick. We give five-year guaranty for our products. Production: We manufacture whole year’s and summer houses, stables and small selling-business buildings built from monolithic deals. They are made according to individual Customer’s orders. Pine and spruce deals of various profiles are available. The houses are manufac-tured as completely equipped ones with windows and doors (together with assembly). We sell also finishing materials (e.g. floor finishing materials, wainscot).
Consulting and price offer. The Tartak - Stolarnia Company offers free individual consulting and our prices are prepared on the base of a house preliminary design submitted by our Customers or - for small payment - on the base of a design made by our architect (the price of that design will be then - after a contract is signed - included into the advance payment).
Building permission: In case a contract is signed we give Customers a free house design with structural analysis (according to the Polish Standards) in order to submit it together with documents needed to get building permission. Other additionally required documents we can prepare against payment.
Transport: The site must be accessible for trucks. In case of reloading or walk-on manner of unloading for a distance exceeding 20 m such works will be additionally charged.
Raw materials used to build the houses: All the raw materials used have the Certificate of the State Forests Organization.
External walls: The external walls are built from outside to inside as follows: pine or spruce shaped beams (thickness: 70 mm - 65 mm - 45 mm) with triple tongue and dado, 100 mm of mineral-wool heat insulation and again pine or spruce shaped beams 70 mm - 65 mm - 45 mm thick as well as triple tongue and dado.
Internal walls: Pine or spruce shaped beams 70 mm - 65 mm - 45 mm thick with triple tongue and dado. Due to the use of natural wood and to optimal heat insulation the atmosphere in such accommodations is unique. The process of house settlement is uniform as all the beams are in equal surrounding humidity and temperature - 15 % - 17 %.
Wall height: 250 m.
Roof structure: Gable roof with inclination edge from 35 - according to the data given in the design, with rafter-collarbeam structure. Rafter thickness - according to the structural analysis. The roof with 150 mm thick mineral-wool heat insulation is sheathed from inside with planed boarding.
Eaves: 50 cm around the house unless otherwise requested by the Customers.
Roofing: Roof structure covered with roof boards and with one layer of roofing paper.
Windows and doors made of glued and impregnated pine wood with mounted deflecting and open-out envelope furniture and special unsealing furniture manufactured by SEGENIA company; the windows have double thermoglass pains with K = 1.1.; upon Customer’s request - with wooden sproses; they are mounted outside as a separate part of the structure.
External doors made of solid wood with double frieze and packing, glazed with thermoglass, with massive sproses.
Internal doors made of glued wood, cladded, with veneer, upon Customer’s request the doors to living room may be glazed, with sproses.
Terrace: Terrace structure rested on the foundation according to the design. Terrace floor lined with terrace beams the edges of which are grinded.
Terrace and balcony guard-rails are of the same thickness as the house walls.
Preparation for wiring system. Upon the Customer’s request at the places indicated by the Customer we drill openings for conduits through which electric wires will be led.
Floors: The floor structure together with thermal insulation is covered with floor panels (upon Customer’s request we can replace floor panels with floor boards or with other materials).
Assembly: Assembly of a house built from double beam in standard (two beams 70 mm - 65 mm - 45 mm thick) with 100 mm thick mineral-wool thermal insulation between them in principle is made by our workers. There is a possibility to replace an assembling team with only one our worker conducting the assembly, but it is possible only after detailed adjustments with the Customer. Our company may also limit our works to assembly of the structure only and the rest of the works the Customer may do with his own means. Before the assembly is started a foundation must be made (or a cellar, or a foundation plate) according to the design. All the openings in the foundation e.g. stair cases must be protected properly and the ground around the foundation must be leveled.
Gable walls in the houses with a habitable attic: The gable walls may be made with application of the same process as for the ground floor or may be made in skeleton and sheathed with regypsum or boarding.
Floor: The floor structure consists of noticeable floor beams with dimensions according to structural analysis and of a layer of insulation and soundproof material.
Partition walls at the attics: The same partition walls as at the ground floor or in skeleton sheathed with regypsum or boarding.
Stairs: according to the design, standard ones made of pine wood, glued, with guard-rail and hand-rail, finished.
