Our company has 25 years of experience and employs over 400 people. We’re a leader in the scope of powder coating in Poland and one of the largest companies offering metalworking services in the region. Currently, we have three professional manufacturing plants in Cracow, which meet the highest global standards. The high quality of performed services is confirmed by international certificates, among others: QUALICOAT and ISO 9001:2008.
On 15 varnishing lines, out of which three are fully automated, we varnish over
1 000 000 square meters of material per year. We’ve gained the trust of manufacturers of aluminium profiles, facades, fences, machinery, as well as manufacturers operating in the construction industry, railway industry, road industry, automotive industry, household appliances industry and many others. We varnish elements with the following maximum dimensions: 15,00 m x 1,80 m x 0,60 m and 8,00 m x 1,80 m x 2,40 m. Our rich offer also includes DEKOR - powder coating with sublimation, which results in the permanent wood effect or marble effect.
Modern flashing department, which was opened in 2007, offers:
- laser cutting of sheet metals with a thickness up to 30,0 mm,
- milling of aluminium up to 7 m,
- bending of sheet metals up to 6 m, with the use of bending brakes,
- cutting of sheet metals to size (up to 6 m), with the use of guillotines,
as well as welding, heat sealing, riveting, gluing, rolling of sheet metals and profiles, shot-blasting and milling.
